During new releases, limited drops, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping is available on all domestic orders within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and destination.

Free Shipping

Orders totaling $150 or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping within the United States.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier.

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–8 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Leonardo Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by:

• USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers
• Severe weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Holidays
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Leonardo Luxe is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Leonardo Luxe ships only within the United States.
